The Club operates an annual membership which runs from 1 January to the 31 December. The fee is in two parts, membership fee and a charge to cover Public Liability Insurance. If the member joining can show they already have suitable cover, such as for flying model aircraft, then this part is wavered.

 

The Club is affiliated to the Model Yachting Association (MYA) and the Model Power Boat Association (MPBA) and can also offer a lower cost insurance for those who just wish to sail model boats for leisure only.
